Fairchild's new family of mid-voltage MOSFETs provides extended temperatures up to 175°C Tj and wide voltage ranges from 30 V to 150 V, plus best-in-class RDS(ON) for greater flexibility and higher reliability for your design.

Extended Temperatures

• The 175°C max junction temperature rating provides a wider design margin in thermally challenged applications at up to 85% higher power density.

• Provides 25°C Tj operating temperature increase when conforming to IPC9592, enabling up to 85% improvement in allowable MOSFET power dissipation.

• Enhances MTBF

• Ideal for industrial high ambient temperature and harsh environment applications.
